Attorney David Doggett brings more than thirty years of legal, business, and leadership experience to every client engagement. His career spans multiple platforms, including large Texas law firms, a healthcare company with over 1,000 employees, and an investment banking boutique, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how legal decisions affect real-world operations.

David began his legal career at Matthews and Branscomb PC, one of San Antonio’s most respected business law firms. He later practiced at Strasburger & Price LLP (now Clark Hill), where he honed his skills handling sophisticated corporate transactions. Over the years, he has worked opposite many of the nation’s leading firms, including Morrison & Foerster, Gunderson, DLA Piper, Winston & Strawn, Kutak Rock, Blank Rome, and Spencer Fane. This exposure to complex, high-value deals has shaped the firm’s standards of precision, professionalism, and performance.
